can't send email from two different providers

i use cinci.rr.com (time warner cincinnati) as my email service provider at home

at work, i use fuse.net to connect to the internet (cincinnati bell)

i can receive emails, but cannot send emails

when i do i get this message

sending message error sending of the message failed the message could not be sent because the connection to outgoing server (smtp) smtp-server.cincinnati.rr.com timed out. try again

how do i fix this so when i go home using roadrunner internet i can send emails and when i am at work i can send emails through fuse.net

Ask your provider what settings to use when off their network. Insecure ports like 25 with no password is not it.
