I have enabled Silverlight, but keep getting a message that it is disabled

more options

I keep getting this message: The Silverlight plugin is disabled in Mozilla Firefox

To continue using the Silverlight portal in Firefox enable the plugin in the browser options or select the Activate Silverlight link below. You can also use Internet Explorer, or click here to access the non-Silverlight portal using Firefox.

However as you can see in attached photo, Silverlight is enabled. My Silverlight plug is up to date as well.

If Silverlight is set to Ask to Activate, then you can use the plugin notification icon on the address bar (looks like a dark gray Lego block to the left of the address) to give the specific site permission to use it. Then try reloading the page so it can re-detect the plugin.
