Another radio station user installed the DownloadThemAll! add-on, which adds an extra step to a routine process of downloading URL-based radio show audio files (See picture 1). After uninstalling DownloadThemAll!, the normal "Save Audio As..." choice on the right-click pull down menu is grayed out (See picture 2). I have: • Set associations in the Applications tab of Options; • Reset Firefox; • Uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox; • Searched for errant .dlls (out of my element on that). The only (unacceptable) solution was to reinstall DownloadThemAll! (PC is Win 7) Anybody have any thoughts? Suggestions? Recipes? Thanks!

You can check for problems with preferences.

Delete possible user.js and numbered prefs-##.js files and rename/remove the prefs.js file to reset all prefs to the default value including prefs set via user.js and prefs that are no longer supported in current Firefox releases.
