How do I stop this stupid pop-up everytime that I turn on the computer?

This popup asks it should track. I DON'T want you to do anything that takes away any time from me. I recently upgraded to your latest browser and now this. If it continues, I will use chrome instead. I do clean all history every day.

Is it the bar that appears along the bottom of the Firefox window with a link to the Data Choices section of the Options page? See: Advanced panel - Accessibility, browsing, network, updates, and other advanced settings in Firefox.

When you set those preferences, they should be saved indefinitely, you shouldn't need to keep setting them every session, even if you have Firefox set to clear history when it closes. Please see whether this article helps with that problem (you can skip the Refresh suggestion for now since you sound like an advanced user): How to fix preferences that won't save.
