When a master password is set & Thunderbird is opened, but you cancel & do not enter password, thunderbird does not close & falls in loop!
Operating system Windows 10 - Thunderbird 45.4.0
- Thunderbird has been set a Master password.
- Thunderbird is opened (either directly by user or it has been set to open on start up)
- Dialogue box to enter password appears.
-----> User changes mind doesn't want to use thunderbird and wants to close it.
- click on cancel on the password dialogue box does not work (dailogue box and thunderbird do not close - password box repeats appearing - clicks on cancel do not stop it)
- user closes Thunderbird by choosing to close all Thunderbird windows from taskbar icon
- Thunderbird creates a crash report to be sent to Mozilla
> user screams!
Something wrong with the code?

WHat are some of your crash IDs? See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/mozilla-crash-reporter#w_viewing-crash-reports
