Ваш браузер не воспроизводит не один телеканал вещающий в сети интернет выдают ошибку, т.к. нет не флеш плеера ни HLS плеера в вашем браузере, для смартфона на андроид версии 5.1 и 6.0. Другие браузеры, такие как Google Chrome, Dolphin и т.д. все прекрасно работают с видео потоком.
