Why can't you fix having to refresh Firefox every time I open it to be able to add attachment to email?
Every time I open Firefox and go to my e-mail, I am unable to attach a file to new e-mail.
I click on the paper clip and nothing happens.
If I quit Firefox, I have to go through the same thing every time I start it.
I've given up customizing my preferences. It's not worth it.
Chosen solution
Yes, I am in Outlook Web App. (I don't know what Thunderbird is.)
Also, I am on a Mac Pro running OS El Capitan.
I have already tried all of these. None of them worked.
I ended up installing Silverlight. This seems to have solved the problem for now.
What I don't understand is why, after using Firefox and OWA for years, all of a sudden, I have to install another application just to be able to attach files to an e-mail.
