Cannot find the Junk folder
All of my email messages have been coming through to me via Thunderbird OK - except from one source. I strongly suspect that the system is reading those emails as Junk and putting them into the Junk or Spam folder, however, I can't find any folder that is labelled Spam or Junk so I can't find the emails. The sender of those messages has told me that they are not bouncing back to his computer and I can't see them here either so they must be going somewhere. On the left-hand side of the screen are the usual folders such as Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Archives, Trash, Outbox and Local folders, but no mention of Junk or Spam. I think there used to be a Junk folder at one time, but its no longer there.' I have also looked in the Archives folders but the emails are no longer there either. I am looking for emails from - sewings@acon.org.au and they should be coming to me at - johnbf1@optusnet.com.au I have now put the address of the sender into my Address book so the system will recognize him so that may help. Can you please tell me how to find the Spam or Junk messages or the folder. Thanks a lot, John.

You may not have a Junk folder until you need it.
I would advise you to visit your email provider's website, log into your email account and look for a Spam folder there.
