Who is the issuer of the certificate?

Firefox needs a root certificate to be able to build a complete certificate chain then ends with a trusted root certificate.

I have internal certification authority company. Chain (Root,Intermediate,MicrosoftCA,Certificate(test.ru)). I have error with the same serial numbers in ssl certificate Intermediate and MicrosoftCA. Site with https:// In other browsers (chrome, IExplorer) opens normally.
