I have four times tried to donate in support of the flash player app and each time it says any credit card I input cannot be used for this purpose.

I tried a debit card and a credit card, all from MasterCard. They work in other places, just not on the Firefox donation site.

Sorry, I said flash player and I meant the app for the youtube download, one of the authorized Mozilla apps.

Which of the Youtube download extensions are you referring to?. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/search/?q=youtube+download

The vast majority of Extensions hosted on addons.mozilla.org are made by a third-party author or company. Mozilla has no involvement with any Youtube download extensions.

An Extension made by Mozilla would have a author of say Mozilla or Mozilla labs for example. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/user/mozilla/ https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/user/mozilla-labs5133025/

Hi mark1043. I do not know of a donation site for the one you describe, can you please share the link to make sure the site is secure?

When Flash Player updates, a window opens up and there is a donate button on the bottom. I click that and it sends me to a Mozilla secure site to make a donation. That is the one I have the issue with. I won't have a link till the next time an update occurs.

James, thanks for the attention to this issue but it appears the info you need isn't something I can easily find. I have on the older computer an email saved from Mozilla where I can check which add ons I have running but I would have to set it up again to find it. So what I will do the next time an update occurs is copy the link to the donation page I am having the issue with.

Thanks again for your efforts and go ahead and close this issue.
