There is no risk, it is a valid website, and I need to access it for work. I need to be able to disable this error, but there is no option to ignore, add exception, or bypass this error.

In what way is this certificate invalid (domain, expired, self-signed or otherwise)?

You can try to rename/remove the SiteSecurityServiceState.txt file if renaming the cert8.db cert_override.txt files doesn't have effect.

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
