upload your resume to where / what? are you at work and using the network? or are you at home trying to upload to a private network?

my suggestion is to convert your resume to pdf, then upload/store your resume to google drive.

then get the "shareable link" for it and provide it to your prospective employers.

with the link, the people will instantly view your resume on their screen and have option to download it or print it via google drive.
