When I first open Firefox all I get is a white screen for 30-45 seconds, the loading bar stays at roughly 1/8 full. doesn't matter whether it's reloading tabs that were opened previously or starting from a home page. It generally gets to fill speed at a little over a minute. I'm using an Amazon Fire HD 8 6th gen tablet.

Chosen solution

Hi, Mozilla Firefox doesn't officially support Amazon Kindle products.

But, you might wish to clear the application cache (not data!) and the application cache for other apps you have installed, and see if that solves the problem.
