How do I set Mozilla to always look for newer versions of pages on the internet?

I want Mozilla to always download the latest version of a page if this is newer than the cached version. IE had this setting. I cannot find it in Mozilla.

There is this pref that you can access via the about:config page.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I accept the risk!" to continue.
