When I open my Optimum email in Firefox, icons don't appear. This only occurs with Firefox. All other webbrowsers show the Optimum icons.

Optimum mail has little icon that appear in the toolbar, such as printer, trashcan, etc. next to the literal description. Firefox does not allow these icons to appear. All other web browsers, Chrome, IE, Google work fine.

Not all online email plays wells with different Browsers and some are configure to work better with different Browsers. That is something you can't control for. Put this way MS Web Outlook works better in IE and Edge by nature since those are MS product.
