After upgrade to FF 59, the saved logins are missing. I create a new profile, sync, and in the session the logins are back. But, if I close the FF and open it again the logins did not reload (I´ve typed the master password). If I do the process (create a new profile and sync) they appear (in the session), but they do not reload after a close/open the FF. It occurs on my 2 computers. I have already drop all the files and reinstalled FF 59. I downgrade to the FF 58.0.2 and it works perfectly after close/open the FF. Suggestions?

See if this helps;

Note: Some software, like Advanced SystemCare with Surfing Protection, can protect files in the Firefox profile folder against changes. If you have such software then check the settings or uninstall this software.

Before I reinstall FF I´ve tried the procedure the "Refresh Firefox", but did not solve the problem. The only add-on that I have is the AdBlock Plus. During , but it is in the FF 58.0.2 too and in the tests on FF 59 I´ve uninstalled it. Thanks.

Unfortunally not... So far, only backing it to 58.0.2 has solved it.

If you have a key3.db and key4.db file in the profile folder then try to remove key4.db (and possibly cert9.db as well) in case something went wrong with migrating from key3.db to key4.db to see whether that restores proper operation of the Password Manager. The key4 file and key3 file used previously are key files for the Password Manager and store the encryption key. If that still doesn't work then rename/remove all three files logins.json and key4.db and key3.db. You will lose all passwords stored in the Password Manager if you remove these three files.

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.

The current profile have only key.db4. The logins.json is with all logins/passwords (more than 720). I will try to rename/delete the files key.db4 and logins.json and see the behavior of FF 59. Do you know if there is a way to import those logins/passwords?

more options

Renaming key4.db is only helpful when you have a key3.db fallback. If there is only logins.json and key4.db then starting with fresh files will get you to lose all passwords stored in logins.json.

Are there any messages in the Browser Console about login data when you start Firefox?

more options

No messages on Browser console. I´ve reinstalled FF59, the first time, logins/passwords ok. The second time, there are no passwords... Reinstalling FF58 and the logins/passwords came back (note that no change was made on profiles files).
