How to restore tabs from "sessionstore-backups" folder?

more options

I closed Firefox and when I reopened it all my tabs were lost. However, I made a copy of the sessionstore-backups folder the previous day. How can I restore my tabs from this folder?

Chosen solution

You can copy a .jsonlz4 file from the sessionstore-backups folder to the main profile folder and rename the file to sessionstore.jsonlz4 with Firefox closed to replace the existing sessionstore.jsonlz4.

You can use this utility to check the files that you did backup.

That worked. Thank you for the solution and swift answer, and for that utility as well.
