How about an "Are you sure?" type warning before you delete a Bookmark Folder by accident?
I have accidentally deleted bookmarks, and sometimes, even Folders. and they are just GONE! No, "Are you sure? No Recycle Bin, just GONE! There has to be a better way. Also, how about a way to search for Folder Names ? email

- bookmark backups: compressed .jsonlz4 JSON backups in the bookmarkbackups folder
In the future you may want to think of using these (mine are from 1995) :

You can use Undo in the Organize menu in the Bookmarks Manager (Library; Show All Bookmarks) to undo any action made during the current session. If you only notice after closing Firefox then you will have to restore a JSON backup in the bookmarkbackups folder.
- Bookmarks -> Show All Bookmarks -> Import & Backup -> Restore
Regarding searching for folder names, you may benefit from using an add-on that has richer search features. I haven't used any of them recently enough to have a specific recommendation.
