There are no NPAPI Plugins for iOS devices.

Chromium, Chrome, Opera dropped NPAPI support completely back in Sept 2015. Only IE and the legacy Firefox 52 ESR (need 32-bit version on Windows) still allows the ever vulnerable Java Plugin from Oracle to run.

However the Legacy Firefox 52 ESR (on desktop) is almost End Of Life or EOL as 52.9.0esr was the last major update and will get no more updates after September 5. This is when only 62.0 and 60.2.0esr will be the current versions.

Also Oracle is in process of discontinuing the Java Plugin as Java 9 does not come with it.
