Thunderbird keeps rejecting my email password.
I am using TB to access my Verizon AOL email (for the record I loathe AOL). It keeps telling me that my password is incorrect. I have not only verified that I am entering in the correct password as I can log into AOL mail using that same password, but I have removed the entire account from TB and recreated it. Still keeps rejecting my password.

Make sure to set 'Authentication method' to 'OAuth2' in your server settings for the AOL account.
AOL IMPA server does not accept OAuth2 authentication.
I can log into the AOL Webmail using the same password that I am entering into Thunderbird.
