I set up new Thunderbird email and paid by cc to gandi.net; BUT now acct does not appear and is gone. When I click on Ubuntu- Thunderbird icon, what appears is the window for setting up a new acct. But I already have a name and email. How do I contact gandi.net or someone else on what happened to the new Thunderbird email acct which showed up on the first day. OR was I hacked again! I have been a target of an underground crime ring that targeted senior and they have been hacking me on my computer.

Hi Shiptank, can you log into your gandi.net account directly on their site, through the webmail interface:

https://webmail.gandi.net/

By the way, what email did you use to set up your Mozilla Support account? In most cases, you can use Thunderbird with your existing email accounts rather than creating a new one, unless you want to keep new messages separate.
