Is the problem just with YouTube? No problem on other sites?

Youtube currently uses the HTML5 player.

system** sorry i had corrected it, small keys. and yes all other sites work fine its just youtube that firefox constantly is giving “sorry firefox has stopped working” one right after the other, no matter how much he x’s out of it, and leaves behind no crash reports. the youtube video does play, but is constantly interrupted by this notif. only in firefox. windows 8, all up to date i checked myself. and it only started happening in firefox with the most recent firefox update on the 14th? of this month. it doesnt seem to be the youtube player, but a conflict somewhere with firefox and their most recent update.

I'll chime in here it sounds more like something in updating or upgrading firefox has gone wrong. And to fix the YT problem is most likely to: 0. Backup your bookmarks to restore later 1. Uninstall all firefox install and deleting Mozilla folder 2. Find the latest firefox and reinstall that

This to me has seem to fix any Addon problems or user caused problem to fix firefox to work again. And those going from firefox 57+ and older should do the instructions 0 to 1 to 2. This for me fixed issues from previous firefox to the changed firefox 57+.
