My firefox signin won't work on Mozilla Support

more options

I don't quite understand the difference between Firefox sign-ins and Mozilla sign-ins. I have an existing Firefox account, but I was unable to sign in to Mozilla support with it. I just created a Mozilla account with the same email address. Is this normal - should they be two seperate accounts with the same email address and different passwords?

A Firefox Account is completely separate from the account for this support forum. You may use the same email address and password for both, but there is no real advantage to doing so.
