Add-on Manager says: "Privacy Badger could not be verified for use in Firefox and has been disabled. "Find replacements" does not offer any usable add-on. Steps described in Support Page: "Add-ons disabled or fail to install on Firefox" don't work.

hi, in case the steps described in the support article about the problem didn't help you in receiving the hotfix yet, there is also a general update to firefox 66.0.4 in the making that is addressing the problem and will hopefully be released later on today.
