How do I stop YouTube from automatically loading in a second tab when I start Firefox?

This just started happening a couple of days ago. Every time I start up Firefox, YouTube starts in a second tab. I've checked in my Options, and the home page is set correctly. YouTube does not appear anywhere for me to be able to delete it from opening on startup. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Jason.

You can check the home page setting.

Firefox supports multiple home pages separated by '|' (pipe) symbols.
