Hello Strotz,

That must be frustrating ....

Would you try to click on that "empty blue field" where the link is supposed to be and see if that works  ?

I'm asking because it worked for the OP in this thread :

So sorry - I will now forward this to a Sync developer.

But we're dealing with different time zones, so, you may have to wait a little longer.

If it takes too long; please let me know.

Hi, that's me.

This sounds like a bug of some sort on our side; we recently saw a possibly-related issue where emails were being sent without the correct confirmation code, ref https://github.com/mozilla/fxa/issues/1650

If you're willing to do so, could you please post a screenshot of the email you receive in order to help debug what's happening here? You can send it as a private message to me if you don't want to post it publicly (I'm not very familiar with this tool, but if I understand correctly, clicking on my username over on the left should take you to the right place to send a private message)

Please also let us know what email software you're using to receive the email, in case it's a rendering bug of some sort.

What security software do you have?

It is possible that security software is filtering the email and removes the link because it is considered unsafe.
