AD environment mix of Win 7 and 10. We are, over the last few days, getting reports of users who cannot open FF. It simply does not start nor show up in the task list as running,

Today I spent about an hour with one following the troubleshooting guide with no fix. Uninstalled, removed directory, installed old version. It simply will not run for end users or as admin when logged in as the user. It DOES run if logged in as a admin which would indicate a profile problem to me however deleting profile was not helpful.

Do you have a list of group policies that are being applied to the computer that could be blocking FF from running?

We do not. We have a few very basic GP's none of which deal with browsers. I would think we would see this previously and widespread which we have not.

I originally thought Windows update since we have seen some weirdness in the recent past with updates but have since eliminated that as well.
