I go to pay my electric bill and they use Capcha pop upo window to verify I am not a robot. Capcha does not show up in a pop up window. I have unchecked block pop up windows and that did not help. I have to use Chrome to pay my electric bill. It used to work with capcha and now it doesn't.

Hi theawfuldin, I run into this problem occasionally and it's usually one of my extensions blocking the captcha. Or - You can turn off the Enhanced Tracking Protection in Firefox for that site by clicking on the shield icon at the left end of the address bar and sliding the switch to the left. This will create an exception to Enhanced Tracking Protection for that site which you can also remove in Menu -> Options -> Privacy & Security.

I put the website into the exceptions file and it still does not allow captcha to pop up. I have cleared data and that does not work either.
