Will resetting master password on Linux delete my data on Windows, where I have no master password?

I have Firefox on both Linux Mint and Windows 10 and also on Android.

Only on Mint I have set up a master password but I can't seem to remember it. If I reset my master password in Linux and delete my data, will sync fetch it back from the other OSes?

If you reset the Master Password, all login data is removed. If you are using sync, that may be removed as well.

Can you access the Windows passwords?
