News sites (nytimes, washingtonpost) sometimes display blank pages when opening article links (home page displays fine) and although I am signed in, show me as not signed in to their sites. I do have dom.storage.next_gen set to false. Force stop of firefox fixes problem temporarily. Problem is on multiple devices and versions of android.

I realize the blank screens are possibly due to the paywall. I have accounts, but as I mentioned previously, the web sites think I am not logged on. I know I am, as a force restart will show the page correctly and I am logged in. So something with cookies?

Attempting to re-login in this condition fails, and I remain logged out. Force restart, and I can see i am still logged on.
