More specifically the transparency or at least a dark mode, as of now the widget is bright white sticking out as a sore thumb which doesnt fit the theme on my phone ultimately ending up opting to another search widget cause of it.

Thank you for the suggestion cor-el, unfortunately after installing and browsing the settings and widgets, the app offered no widget customization as my initial post implied.
