Hi,

The line you quoted looks a little strange. It should have more slashes in it. Can you take a screenshot of the error message?

Anyway, if the error is what it appears to be, then maybe you have been given the wrong version of FF to install. What version of Windows are you using? And, what does it say when you look in FF at Hamburger Menu->Help->About FireFox ?
