I received email from support with an answer to my question from FredMcD. I would like to reply and provide additional info but I can't find my original question nor Fred's reply on Firefox.

The email notification that you received should have a Post reply (or something similar) button in the email. That will open the original question page.

Alternatively, if you go to the support.mozilla.org website, you can hover your mouse over your username in the top-right corner of the website and select View profile. On that page, there will be a X questions button showing how many questions you have posted. If you click there, it will show all of your questions and you can select the one that you previously opened.

You can also click here to go to the question that I assume you are referring to.
