Is the problem on Firefox for Android or Firefox for Windows?

Lockwise is the latest name for the Password Manager in Firefox for Windows. You can stop Firefox from asking to save logins or trying to fill logins. More info in this article: Password Manager - Remember, delete and edit logins and passwords in Firefox.
