Firefox when launched it will turn to white screen only

When I launch the firefox it turns to white acreen only even allocating more time to load but still stays on white screen. I can see the tabs, navigate thru menus, bookmarks etc. But it doesn't load the sites, and even through navigating the menu and chose options, therw's not pop up of the options. PleaseEhelp me. I'm running Win 10.

It reminds me of a problem I got after installing SnapCamera that completely wrecked Firefox. At some point I got a couple popups mentioning VCRUNTIME140_1.DLL. The solution was to reinstall the shared VC Runtime files from:

I downloaded and ran both the 32-bit and 64-bit installers in the first section of that article ("Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019"). Then I restarted Windows and all was normal again.

I don't know whether 64-bit users need the 32-bit install, but Windows didn't object when I ran it (I ran it first, then 64-bit second).

If you don't find another explanation, please try that.
