FIREFOX SUCKS!!!!!
This is a horrible web browser that crashes constantly and is slow as hell. Even Internet Explorer is faster than this, and I am switching to that browser and am never reinstalling Firefox ever again.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 Submitted crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

Why don't you people just FIX Firefox already!? ONCE AGAIN I'M HAVING ISSUES WITH HOTMAIL BECAUSE OF FIREFOX!!! I just went into PALE MOON and loaded up Hotmail with absolutely NO problems and fired off an email in a matter of MOMENTS while in Firefox, Hotmail is STILL STRUGGLING after TEN DAMN MINUTES to send two emails!!! This is BEYOND ridiculous and has been an ONGOING issue for YEARS which Firefox is apparently hell bent and determined to IGNORE and REFUSES to do ANYTHING ABOUT!!!
It's also AMAZING to me that Pale Moon JUST implemented an update to PREVENT any future vulnerabilities to its software, etc., but you, Firefox can't be bothered to fix EXISTING issues which have been occurring for YEARS. What is wrong with this picture?!

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or developers. If you want to leave feedback for developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select either Share ideas and feedback… or Submit feedback…, depending on your Firefox version. Alternatively, you can use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.
You can also file a bug report or feature request. See File a bug report or feature request for Mozilla products for details.

That's where I started, and it brought me here. So, to me, that's MORE proof that Firefox is just hell bent and determined to IGNORE their problems!!!
