This only happens on the Firefox Browser, Chrome and Edge are fine. Whenever I go to sign into my Groupon Merchant page, I get an "Access Denied" message. All the info on your support page shows there are solutions, but access to those solutions are not possible. Solutions online are years old and of no help. I am running the latest version of firefox.

Did you try Private Mode window as well to verify this isn't a Addon issue.

Sorry, I have no idea what Private Mode Window is and this is just a regular webpage not an Addon. Thank-you for replying!

"You don't have permission to access..." errors are characteristic of a firewall that protects the server against misuse and this firewall thinks something is suspicious about the HTTP request. If you use a proxy or VPN then try to use a direct connection. Select "No Proxy" if "Use the system proxy settings" or one of the others do not work properly.

  • Settings -> General -> Network: Connection -> Settings

You can try to clear the Cache and remove the Cookies for websites that cause problems via the padlock button or via "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Options/Preferences) to see if that fixes it.

I've also seen cases where having "Resist Fingerprinting" enabled was causing this issue.

If this all doesn't work then you can try "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history item.

Tried all 3 of these solutions and i still cannot access Groupon via Firefox only, Bing and chrome access it just fine as does my Cyberghost browser. Firefox is the only problem browser and it's up to date.

Then your going to have to provide a URL so others can see what it really says-even if they can't login they can see what the site is doing.
