Firefox doesn't allow video or audio from calls
I have two separate problems which I think have the same root cause:
1) Whenever I go to make a call in Discord, no audio goes through to the other people in the call and I cannot hear them.
2) Whenever I try to make a video call in Messenger, the video is just a black screen but I can see myself. The people on the other end say that they can see both me and them.
This is exclusively a firefox problem because I have been able to call people through the Discord app and use Microsoft Edge to see the other person on the Messenger. I have also checked my permissions and have given both websites permission to use the microphone and webcam settings. How can I fix this? (Please also bear in mind I am not tech savvy in the slightest and if I have to manually change settings in the coding or programming, you will need to explain every single step in very clear detail)

In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Preferences. Click Privacy & Security from the left menu. Scroll down to the Permissions section. Click the Settings Use the Allow/Block selector to change permission for the website.

I already did this before I even had the problem and it still does not work (see pictures below). Like I said I think there is something wrong with the browser because I can use these applications fine in other apps and browsers
