I bought a new computer and installed Thunderbird on that new computer. I have a lot of emails in Thunderbird on my old computer that I want to transfer to the new computer.

Can someone let me know how to do this? Or is there a phone number I can call where someone can help me do this?

Thanks

David

If the old computer is using ver 102 and your emails don't exceed 2 gig, then the easy way is to do toolss>export on old pc, copy to USB stick and do tools>import on new pc. Otherwise, click help>moretroubleshootinginformation, scroll down to 'profile folder', click 'open folder', and exit thunderbird. you are now inside the profile. back up one directory so you're outside profile. now, copy the folder to usb stick and do tools>import from new PC.
