That video format is HEVC/H265 which is not supported. There is limited support in the latest Nightly.

It works in the Nightly if you have the HEVC codec installed on your OS, which is absent by default on Win10/11 and almost everywhere else.

It's better to convert the video to something open-sourced and more widely used.
