Does it work via http?

Try to disable HTTPS-Only Mode.

Try to temporarily set security.tls.version.enable-deprecated to true on the about:config page. Do not forget to reset this security pref to false once you are done.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. On the warning page, click "Accept the Risk and Continue" to open about:config.
