I have two email accounts coming in to my Thunderbird app on the desktop. One account stopped loading messages to my inbox. I can get the messages on my phone for that account if I access them I don't use Thunderbird. I'm getting message that certificate if not valid. I did the trouble shooting for Thunderbird and cleared the cache. Can you please help? I downloaded the trouble shooting file if needed.

Thank you for the fast response. I contacted the provider and was given new settings. That took care of it. If it does not hold, I'll be back here for help. I appreciate your outreach to me.
