I have noticed that many a times (even with the latest update installed) randomly etrade website does not load. Not sure why? I have deleted the history etc and still...

On the bottom left I see "Read c.evidon.com" the hourglass in the tab.

Hey Doc, I think your problem is being caused by the Enhanced Tracking Protection.

Can you also log back to the E-Trade site reload it until it does not load anymore. Then click the Shield icon on the left side of the url bar. It contains some information to help solve this issue.

I'm including a screenshot below of the Shield icon. It will show you what is being blocked: https://snipboard.io/pOQaCf.jpg

In the "Blocked" section, does it say "Cross-Site Trackers" or "Cross-Site Tracking Cookies"? If both appear, click where that 2nd red arrow is pointing & a list of things that were blocked should appear. Copy those down for us and share them here if you could. Thanks.
