No it doesn't.
This community support forum is Mozilla's main way for Firefox users to get support as it is also the place to get support for some other applications. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/
The Firefox web browsers for desktop and mobile versions for iOS/iPadOS and Android are free to download and use and you can even download the source to build Firefox yourself.
Mozilla does not have the resources to provide the call centres that would be required to provide free one on one support by phone, chat, email, ticket etc for free to use products, even if only provided in North America.
Mozilla does have direct ticket support here for their subscription based products as the users paid for it as part of the subscription. Subscription products are the Mozilla VPN and the premium or plus versions of Firefox relay, Mozilla Monitor, Pocket and MDN Plus.
Pretty much none of the web browsers have one on one support except perhaps some options for Enterprise users because they paid for it. They also use some form of community support forum for their support. Generally any application that has one on one support is either a paid for or subscription based like some antivirus clients for example.
Btw the thread you posted a couple minutes earlier has a reply https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1480873
