Trying to open further particulars about a job on a site but firefox says 'unable to create html preview'. How do i fix this please? In layman's language as i'm not at all technical!!

Hi Tara, I am guessing that it is an issue with that particular site. Can you give an example of a site that is giving problems? Also, do you get the same problem if you use another browser like Internet Explorer? This information would help us in helping you.

Hi Tara, Thanks a lot for the information! I visited the same site with another browser (Safari) and I am also seeing the same error "Unable to create HTML preview". So, it is a problem with this particular site and not with Firefox.
