When I open Japanese web page, some time top bar shows correct Japanese. However, suddenly all Japanese changes to ????????. I could be incompatibility with some add-on but I couldn't know which one.

"Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
