If I unchecked the boxes for navigation, bookmarks and menu at the top of the browser, how do I get them back?

At the top of the browser, you can right click, then uncheck the boxes for the navigation, bookmark and menu bars. This makes the window larger. However, since I unchecked all three, I can no longer right click to get them back. When I move my mouse to the top of the browser and right click, all it asks me is if I want to reload the current tab or open a new one. I want to be able to check those options again to view my toolbars.

See menu bar is missing for details of how to get them back.
