I enter my id and password on the EBay logon screen. After pressing enter, firefox thinks for a few minutes and then responds with ' The page isn't redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.' I am accepting cookies from all sites and have tried with cookies off but got the same response. I am using Firefox 3.6.13.

I found that my bookmark for eBay was way too long for some reason. Go directly to eBay.com, then to the sign in page. Cut & paste this URL into your bookmark, replacing whatever was there. Worked for me. Good luck.
