graphics are not being displayed IE. the word 'google' above the google search bar. I have the new flash player, and java cript is enabled, but WTF?

When going to a site, such as youtube.com, graphics are not displayed, in that the web page consists of a list of words, presented as a column on the left of the page. I have had to re-submit this question because the page for hotmail loads, but there is no information on the page, so I cannot get on to confirm the question.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites causing problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
