Is there a way to move the tabs back under the location bar? Or at least the bookmarks bar on top of the location bar?

I'm really having issues with the look/use of the new Firefox layout. What I'd really love to do, is to move the tabs so that they are under the location bar.

If that isn't possible, is there a way to move the bookmarks bar over the location bar? Please don't direct me to editing the toolbars, I want to edit their location.

Thank you!
